ご挨拶

トミーズリーガルサービス行政書士事務所へようこそ。

代表行政書士　富永大祐です。

私は２０２１年４月15日に東京都行政書士会に登録しました。

大手行政書士法人で許認可申請、補助金申請を担当しておりましたが、２０２４年４月より東京都目黒区洗足で独立事務所を設けさせていただきます。

一つ一つの出会いを大切にし、お客様のお役に立てることを感謝しつつ、業務に取り組んでいきたいと思います。

これまでの実績は、

• 建設業許可（大臣許可、東京都知事許可、山梨県知事許可、事業承継、経営事項審査、決算変更届ほか）
• 宅建業免許：大臣免許、東京都知事免許、新規申請、変更申請
• ドローン飛行許可承認：東京航空局、大阪航空局、東京空港事務所、大阪空港事務所、人口集中地区、目視外飛行、夜間飛行、催し場所上空（スポーツイベントTV中継）、空港周辺、150m以上上空等
• VISA申請（入管）：技術・人文知識・国際業務、永住許可
• 補助金申請：事業再構築補助金3000万円、コロナ関連給付金2億円他
• 民亊法務：遺産分割協議書、遺言
• その他許認可申請：警備業、マンション管理業、古物商、中小企業組合

などです。

Welcome to the website of Daisuke Tominaga, administrative scrivener.

I registered with the Tokyo Administrative Scrivener Association on April 15, 2021.

I am currently affiliated with the Yamaguchi Law Office, and mainly handle visa applications, construction industry permit applications, subsidy applications, and drone flight permit applications.

Passed the 2020 administrative scrivener exam.

Registered with the Tokyo Administrative Scrivener Association on April 15, 2021.

Appointed administrative scrivener for application intermediation.

Graduated from Keio University Law School with a Bachelor of Laws.

TOEIC score of 885.

Business Legal Affairs Level 2 certification.

Vacuum Technology Engineer certification from the Vacuum Industry Association.

Hobbies: Tennis (former tennis coach), golf.
