This form is for immigration and status of residence matters in Japan. Please provide enough details so that we can understand your current situation, deadline, and the type of procedure you may need.

For individuals

Extension of Period of Stay, Change of Status, COE, Permanent Residence, Naturalization, Dependent status, spouse-related status, and urgent residence issues.

For employers

Hiring foreign employees, status eligibility review, job description checks, company-side documents, renewal after job change, and immigration compliance issues.

For urgent cases

Near expiry dates, additional document requests from Immigration, possible overstay, refusal notices, and cases where the next step must be decided quickly.

Consultations are generally handled in 60-minute sessions.

For immigration matters, a reliable opinion often requires checking the residence card, employment contract, job duties, tax and social insurance status, family situation, previous application history, and Immigration notices. Therefore, when detailed review is needed, we generally handle the matter through a paid 60-minute consultation.

  • Consultation fee: JPY 6,600, tax included / 60 minutes
  • Available methods: online, phone, or in-person consultation
  • If you formally request application support after the consultation, a separate quotation will be issued.
  • The consultation fee is charged even if the matter ends with consultation only.
