Tommy’s Legal Service provides paid consultations for immigration matters, status of residence procedures, permanent residence, naturalization, and related international matters. The consultation fee is JPY 6,600 tax included / 60 minutes.

This booking page is for a paid 60-minute consultation. Online consultations by Zoom / Google Meet and in-person consultations in Yokohama are available.

How booking works

Complete payment

Please complete the card payment first using the payment button shown in the booking form.

Submit booking details

After payment, send your preferred dates, consultation topic, and basic information.

Appointment confirmation

We will review your request and contact you to confirm the appointment schedule.

Cancellation policy

  • Full refund is available up to 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Within 24 hours of the appointment, or in case of no-show, the fee is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is generally available up to 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
