Tommy’s Legal Service

Consultation / Inquiry

This page guides you to the appropriate contact route for immigration applications, visa matters, hiring foreign nationals, Specified Skilled Worker matters, and Registered Support Organization services. Document review may be necessary for a detailed assessment.

Which contact route should you use?

Tommy’s Legal Service supports foreign nationals, employers, accepting organizations, and business partners with immigration procedures, practical document preparation, foreign employee hiring, Specified Skilled Worker matters, and Registered Support Organization services in Japan.

The appropriate contact method may differ depending on the case. If you have changed jobs, received a denial, are close to your period of stay expiration date, are considering your status while under a refugee application, or need to confirm whether your company can accept Specified Skilled Workers, a paid consultation with document review is usually recommended.

Important Notes

Inquiries by form, WhatsApp, or LINE may not be enough for us to make a definite assessment of an individual case. The applicability of a status of residence, likelihood of approval, strategy after a denial, status planning during a refugee application, and Specified Skilled Worker acceptance usually require document review.

If a detailed assessment is needed, a paid consultation or formal engagement may be required. If your period of stay will expire soon, please contact us as early as possible. When the deadline is close, the available options may be limited.
