Immigration Services (English)
Q. When do I need to pay?
A. In principle, we charge an initial retainer (upfront), and the remaining balance is settled after approval (may vary by case).
Q. When do additional fees apply?
A. Additional work may be required in cases such as major changes to your application plan, extensive additional document requests, re-application, or significant missing documents from the employer/host organization. We will explain in advance and provide an updated quote.
Timeframe & Schedule
Q. How long does it take to get a result?
A. Processing time varies by status type, immigration office jurisdiction, and season. After the first hearing, we will provide a practical timeline.
Q. My expiry date is close. Can I still apply?

Required Documents
Q. What documents do I need to prepare?
A. Typically, you will need (1) personal documents (residence card, passport, etc.) and (2) employer/host documents (employment contract, company documents, etc.). We will provide a checklist by case type.
Q. I don’t know what to request from my company.
A. We can provide a document request template and a clear checklist for your company. If internal coordination is difficult, we will explore the minimum necessary route based on your case.
Common Risks / Cases
Q. I changed jobs (or plan to). Can I apply?
A. Yes, in many cases. However, the best procedure differs depending on your timeline and job details. We will organize your resignation date, start date, job description, and employment terms, then propose the safest approach.
Q. I was refused before. Can you help?
A. Yes. Understanding the refusal reason is the first priority. If you have the notice and copies of what was submitted, we can build a re-application strategy.
Q. I overstayed. Can I consult?
A. The appropriate response depends heavily on your circumstances. Please consult as soon as possible. We will organize the facts and explain realistic options and risks.
