Additional Costs

  • Internet/data charges are borne by the customer
  • For overseas-issued cards, foreign exchange fees may apply depending on your card issuer
  • For in-person consultations, transportation costs are borne by the customer

Payment Timing

Payment is confirmed at the time of purchase (prepaid).

Service Delivery Timing

After payment, we will confirm the appointment time. The service is provided at the scheduled time (online or in-person).

Booking Confirmation

The booking is considered confirmed when we send you the appointment confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Up to 24 hours before the appointment: full refund
  • Within 24 hours / no-show: non-refundable
  • Rescheduling is generally available up to 24 hours before the appointment

Online Consultation Requirements

Online consultations use Zoom/Google Meet, etc. Customers are responsible for preparing their own internet connection and device.
