🩺【重要なお知らせ】入国前結核スクリーニング制度（JPETS）📢 [Important Notice] Pre-Entry Tuberculosis Screening System (JPETS)

2025年より、厚生労働省は「入国前結核スクリーニング制度（JPETS）」を開始しました。この制度により、一部の国籍の方が中長期の在留を希望する場合、日本への入国前に「結核を発病していないことの証明書」提出が必要となります。
Since 2025, Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) has implemented the Pre-Entry Tuberculosis Screening System (JPETS). Under this system, nationals of certain countries applying for medium- to long-term residence are required to submit proof of not having active tuberculosis before entering Japan.

📌 制度の概要 / System Overview

対象国籍 / Applicable Nationalities：フィリピン、ネパール、ベトナム、インドネシア、ミャンマー、中国
Philippines, Nepal, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, China
対象者 / Who Must Comply：上記国籍の中長期在留希望者（再入国者を除く）
Those applying for medium- to long-term stay (excluding re-entrants)
必要な検査 / Required Screening：指定医療機関による胸部X線検査など
Chest X-ray and other checks conducted at a designated medical facility
必要書類 / Required Document：「結核非発病証明書」
Certificate of Non-Infectiousness for Tuberculosis
提出のタイミング / When to Submit：
- 在留資格認定証明書交付申請時
- または日本査証（ビザ）申請時
  At the time of applying for the Certificate of Eligibility or Japanese Visa
有効期間 / Validity of Certificate：レントゲン撮影日から180日間有効
Valid for 180 days from the X-ray date
費用 / Fees：受診者が自己負担
Paid by the applicant
